Welcome to Lindsay Goodstein, MD - Your Trusted Ear, Nose and Throat Doctor
We ask all patients to complete a patient questionnaire through our secure, easy-to-use Patient Portal prior to your first office visit. Completing the online paperwork in advance will enable a faster check-in process for you on the day of your appointment. However, if you are unable to use the portal or prefer not to, we do have iPad devices in the office for your use and can help you through the process.
Additionally, you can use the portal to:
- Review and verify your contact information
- Input past medical history, medications and allergies
- Input or edit your preferred pharmacies
- View finalized visit summaries, lab results and patient handouts
- Send and receive messages with our staff
To access the portal, please click the button below or type entdocs.ema.md into your internet browser address bar (do NOT use "www" before the web address). We recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox web browsers for the best experience.
Enter your username and password. New patients will receive a portal activation email at the time of scheduling their appointment. The initial portal access link works for 72 hours, but if that time lapses and you haven’t established a password, please click on RESET PASSWORD. Enter your username (which is your email address), date of birth and last name. You will receive a new email with instructions to follow to log in to your portal. Upon accessing the portal, visit the "My Health" tab found near the top left corner of your screen to begin entering you information. Please note: There are NINE information tabs accessible on the left side of the screen that must be completed. Remember to SAVE your information prior to progressing to the next tab! After you have completed the information, please click save and log out of the portal by clicking on your name in the upper right-hand corner and clicking on Log Out.
